Lipstick Which Causes Cancer

Come and share this info for your knowledge when you go shopping for lipstick next time.Just keep this in mind. If there you care anything about, sharing this with others ,to all your girlfriends, wives and female family . Recently a lipstick brand called 'Red Earth' decreased their prices from $67 to $9.90. It contained lead. Lead is a chemical which causes cancer. The lipstick brands that contain lead are: 1. CHRISTIAN DIOR 2. LANCOME 3. CLINIQUE 4. Y.S.L 5. ESTEE LAUDER. 6. SHISEIDO. 7. RED EARTH (Lip Gloss) 8. CHANEL. (Lip Conditioner) 9. MARKET AMERICA-MOTNES LIPSTICK. If the higher of lead content in the lipsticks there fore the greater chance of causing cancer. After doing a test on lipsticks, it was found that the Y.S.L. lipstick contained the most amount of lead. Watch out for those lipsticks which are supposed to stay longer. If your lipstick stays longer, it is because of the higher content of lead. Here is the test you can do yourself: 1. Put some lipstick on your hand. 2. Use a Gold ring to scratch on the lipstick. 3. If the lipstick colour changes to black, then you know the lipstick contains lead. Dioxin Carcinogens cause cancer, especially breast cancer.

DEA, MEA, TEA;
Cause allergic reactions, irritate the eyes and dry the hair and skin. It can be carcinogenic, especially to the kidneys and liver.

Petrolatum;
Also known as mineral oil jelly .Sometimes as liquid Vaseline or paraffinum, liquidum and baby oil. Can cause photosensitivity and strips the natural oils from the skin causing chapping and dryness, also premature ageing. Prevents elimination of toxins, can cause acne and other disorders

Imidazolidinyl urea and DMDM hydantoin;
These formaldehyde-forming preservatives can cause joint pain, allergies, depression, headaches, chest pain, chronic fatigue, dizziness, insomnia and asthma. Can also weaken the immune system and even cause cancer. Found in skin body and hair products, antiperspirants and nail polish

Alcohol or isopropyl;
A poisonous solvent and denaturant, (altering the structure of other chemicals). Found in hair color rinses, body rubs, hand lotions, after shave lotions, fragrances. It can be the cause of nausea, vomiting, headaches, flushing, and depression. Also, dries skin and hair, creates cracks and fissures in the skin which encourage bacterial growth

Fragrance;
Usually petroleum based. Can cause headaches, dizziness, rashes, respiratory problems vomiting, skin irritation and multiple of chemical sensitivities.

Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) ;
Found in shampoos, hair conditioners, toothpaste, body washes. Strong detergent which can be cause eye irritation, permanent damage to the eyes, especially in children, skin rashes, hair loss, flaking skin and mouth ulceration. When combined with the other ingredients, can be form nitrosamines, which are carcinogenic. Easily penetrates the skin and can lodge itself in the heart, lungs, liver and brain.

Methyl, propyl, butyl and ethyl paraben;
Used to extend a products shelf life and inhibit microbial growth. Highly toxic! Can be cause rashes and other allergic reactions.

PVP/VA copolymer:
A petroleum based ingredient used in hair sprays

Synthetic colors:
Coal-tar dyes are generally labeled as FD7C or D4C followed by a number. CARCINOGENIC!

Padimate-O
Also known as Octyl Dimethyl, PABA is found mostly in sunscreens. Like DEA, a nitrosamine-forming agent. There is concern that the energy absorbed by this sunscreen is then turned into free radicals, which may actually increase the risk of skin cancer!

Talc,
Found in baby powders, face powders and body powders as well as on some contraceptives such as condoms a known carcinogen. A major cause and the risk of ovarian cancer! when used in the genital area.
